Early this morning, the Drudge Report, a popular news aggregator, linked to a RT YouTube video that was uploaded on March 17, 2018:

The video's title can be seen above and its description is as follows:
"Russia’s Defense Ministry says 'US instructors' are training militants to stage false flag chemical attacks in south Syria. The incidents are said to be a pretext for airstrikes on Syrian government troops and infrastructure."
According to YouTube and Wikipedia, RT is funded in whole or in part by the Russian government.
