News Media Watchdog (NMWD) is a very lightweight independent news website dedicated to keeping track of the latest current events and popular headlines.

Are you sick of visiting news sites and being overloaded with popup ads, videos that automatically play at full volume and just overall intrusive click bait tricks? Well, we certainly are, so that's why we made NMWD as user friendly as possible.

 

On our Homepage, we utilize a widget called feedwind which pulls RSS feeds from various sites to a centralized location. These feeds include outlets such as CNN, Fox, MSNBC, Breitbart, The Washington Post, RT and more. We've arranged this page so there are two columns, with left-leaning / liberal news located on the left side and right-leaning / conservative news located on the right. Pretty cool, huh?

Considering the current political, social and economic environment we live in, we believe it is a good idea to remain objective while conducting your own research to truly "see through the veil."​
 
Our site offers an innovative and convenient way for users to analyze the most current news, all in one place. We hope this will help journalists, researchers, investigators and others to get "the big picture" immediately, rather than cluttering their browsers with multiple tabs or windows.
