Not long ago, Russian news outlet RT reported that it has been confirmed two Israeli fighter jets targeted Syria's T-4 airbase in the Homs province.
Per their article, "The jets fired eight guided missiles, but five of them were shot down before they hit the airfield."
The Russian military reportedly made a statement regarding the attack:
"Two Israeli Air Force F-15 jets fired eight guided missiles at the T-4 airfield. Syrian air defense units have shot down five guided missiles, [but three of the missiles] reached the western part of the airfield."
It is also being reported the Israeli aircraft launched their strikes while flying over Keserwan and Bekaa in Lebanon and never entered Syrian airspace.
According to Sputnik, another Russia-based news agency, Israel has yet to confirm they were involved in the strike:
"When asked by Sputnik, the Israeli Embassy in Russia has refused to comment on the Russian Defense Ministry’s data about the strikes on the Syrian T-4 airbase. 'No comments,' diplomatic mission’s press attache Alex Gandler told Sputnik."
They also noted Israel's air force had bombed the same airbase (T-4) just two months ago in February.
Multiple videos are circulating on social media showing anti-aircraft (AA) batteries in Syria allegedly intercepting missiles as well as unidentified foreign aircraft flying overhead in Lebanon:
