Hillary Clinton Fractures Her Wrist In Bathtub During Trip To India

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was forced to cancel an upcoming appearance in Jodhpur, India after slipping in a Umaid Bhawan Palace bathtub and hurting her wrist.

Per the Times of India, after receiving a CT scan and X-ray, doctors confirmed she had a hairline fracture and advised the 70-year-old to rest. The pain, however, was reportedly so unbearable she was taken to Goyal Hospital early Wednesday morning.

According to the Daily Mail:

They wrapped her wrist in a crepe bandage and advised her to rest further, and get a follow up in three days with doctors wherever she was staying.

Her doctors back in the U.S. agreed.

Clinton then cancelled the rest of her plans for the day, which included traveling to a village outside the city to see workers weave carpets.
