OUTRAGEOUS! Ebay CHILDREN'S TOY Listings Feature 'Sponsored' Auctions That Show Fully Nu

One of our editors, who is an avid vintage toy collector and trader, was performing a search on Ebay for 'Muscle Men toys 1980s' and came across some disturbing results:
Surprisingly, we were able to reproduce his results on a different computer in a Chrome private browsing (incognito) window - meaning, we were not logged into any accounts and the browser's cookies/cache functions were disabled.
Here is the toy listing (may not be SFW) where we saw these "sponsored" auctions.
One of the NSFW auctions is titled 'Phicen 1/6 Super-Flexible Seamless Body Asian Korean Sexy Beauty Doll Set USA' and has sold 68 of its adult-themed items so far:

We won't link directly to the auction itself, but it can be found on Ebay user bubbly_bubble's account.
It is insane that Ebay, a huge online auction site that people from every age group use, would allow SPONSORED ads like these to float around UNCENSORED; especially considering this was a search for children's toys!
