[Harrisburg, PA] On Friday, President Donald Trump and others decided to attend a large rally in Harrisburg, PA. At the same time in Washington D.C., the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner was due to be held.
It is unusual for the POTUS to not attend this event, but Trump announced his plans to not participate months ago.
